Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Storeperson for our clients Karratha branch in the distribution & service industry on a casual basis 30 or 38 hour week.

  • Casual 38 Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, 4:00PM finish on Fridays
  • Casual 30 Hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM-2:30PM
  • $33.00-$38.00 based on experience
  • Local warehouse

About the Role

To facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate, and timely service to all Bunzl customers and suppliers. This role will be responsible for the accurate picking of orders, on-time dispatch and receiving goods whilst ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also be required to work as directed and collaborate with other team members and Team Leader/Supervisor, to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered at the lowest cost to the business.

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Process orders, enquiries, returns, and credits accurately and promptly.
  • Keep customers updated on delivery status and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor customer demand and coordinate with inventory to meet delivery expectations.
  • Pick, pack, load, receive, and dispatch goods safely and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update customer records.
  • Meet personal and warehouse KPI targets.
  • Work collaboratively with other branches and support reception when needed.
  • Conduct stocktakes and participate in continuous improvement.
  • Follow all safety, COR, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in a stores/warehouse role
  • High Risk Work License - Forklift
  • Valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
  • Genuine commitment to safe work practices
